Booking conditions
In order to guarantee the reservation, the customer is aked to communicate his credit card number. The reservation is firm and final only after receipt of the confirmation sent to the customer by Olivarius Apart’Hotels.
Reservation modification
The reservation modification is firm and final only after receipt of the confirmation sent to the customer by Olivarius Apart’Hotels. Demands of modifications can involve, should this happen, the application of the cancellation conditions. In case of force majeure or due to exceptionnal circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to accomodate the guests in a nearby hotel of equivalent category, without any tarif change.
Terms of cancellation
The cancellation period without charges is two days before the arrival day (48 hours)
- In case of cancellation less than two days before arrival, one night will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking.
- In case of guarantee by deposit, whatever the cancellation period, the deposit is not refundable. The cancellation must be made by writing and is firm and final only after receipt of the confirmation sent by Olivarius Apart’Hotels to the customer.
Conditions of admission
Presenting the customer’s valid credit card. Presenting of the customer’s Identity Card. Deposit required by pre-authorization of 300 euros on the customer’s credit card.
Animals
All dogs of category 1 and 2 are not allowed within the hotel. Small pets are accepted but we require a deposit by pre-authorization on the credit card of the customer of 500 euros and the presentation of the animal’s vaccination card, should it happen.
Olivarius Apar’tHotels reserves the right to refuse access to the animals upon arrival, at its own discretion. In that case, if the reservation had to be cancelled, the conditions of cancellation will not apply and no fees will be charged.
Litigations resolutions
According to the ordinance n° 2015-1033 of August 20th 2015, and to decree n° 2015-1382 of October 30th 2015, any dispute or litigation referred to as consumption, subject to article L152-2 of the consumer’s code (http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000031076294&cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006069565), can be the object of a friendly settlement by mediation with the CMAP – Centre of Mediation and Arbritration of Paris.

Whatever the means used to enter the CMAP, your application must contain the following to pre-processed promptly :
Your postal address, email and telephone number, as well as the name and address of Olivarius Apart’Hotels, a short explanation of motives and show proof of the preliminary procedure with Olivarius Apart’Hotels.
